Primarily practicing Corporate and Commercial Law, her clients range from private individuals to medium and large sized business.

Michele D. Guy provides clients with counsel in the negotiation of shareholder agreements, the execution of asset and share purchases plus the arranging of commercial financing.

Her estate practice consists of estate planning, drafting of wills and powers of attorney and the settling of estates.

As well, she handles the sale, purchase and leasing of commercial real estate.

In 1987 she received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Two years later she was called to the Ontario Bar with Honours, then joined our team.

Before her law training began, she gained considerable experience in the processes and mechanisms of corporate and commercial law. Such practical experience is not common.

Michele is past President of the Rotary Club of Toronto and member of the Canadian Bar Association. She is currently a Past Assistant District Governor with Rotary International.
