Richard joined the firm in 2008. He comes to Coutts Crane with over 35 years experience in areas of law ranging from criminal and civil litigation to family and administrative law. He has extensive jury and non-jury trial experience at all levels of court and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1985. Community is of great importance to Richard as he has involved himself in various local organizations, including the Senate of the University of St. Michael's College in the University of Toronto, and several University of Toronto Alumni Committees. He has been Chair of the North Toronto Hockey Association House League and is now on the board of directors of North Toronto Arena. Richard is also a Big Brother.
